We grow Markie, Maris Piper, Miranda, Ramos and other varieties. All growers are Bord Bia SHAS Certified. Grown in ideally suited soil in temperate areas, our potatoes are harvested and stored at the ideal temperature to prevent sugars forming, preventing browning when fried.

Our specialist storage unit guarantees perfect storing conditions throughout the year, ensuring top quality chips and a personal service to you.

O'Shea's Family Farm

The O'Shea family farm have been farming on the fertile banks of the River Suir since the 1830's, with the sixth generation of the family still growing the potato as a dominant crop on the family farm. Time honoured tradition has followed through to today's modern potato industry. Sustainable crop rotations and conscientious farming ensures that the field these potatoes were harvested from can be identified by the traceability code on this bag. From carefully tilling the soil, to selecting the finest of the crop, to storing then at just the right temperature for frying, you can taste the quality in each and every spud. Sown, grown and harvested in the sunny South East, our potatoes are fully traceable right back to the field they were grown in.
